Site layouts for Epstein's private Caribbean island included in the released materials.
Furthermore featured in this latest document disclosure seems to be a property layout for Great St James island, located in the Caribbean US territory.
Jeffrey Epstein bought a smaller island - Little St James - originally in the late 1990s, but acquired the larger adjacent island in the year 2016 for around $22.5 million.
This visual evidence indicate he had formulated plans to develop the sprawling island by constructing homes, an open-air theater, an office beneath the waves and a pool.
Visible on the blueprint is a channel, a strait in the US Virgin Islands, indicated on the lower right-hand corner.
The site plan is marked up in notations in red and features a legend labelling different sections of the land.
Alongside this are what look to be nine other property layouts and engineering blueprints, including designs for dock shelters.
